The next online Beginner course is the 2024 Summer course. Classes will be held twice a week on Mondays from 7:05 to 8:05 p.m. and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The course will start Thursday, July 4 and run until Thursday, August 29, 2024.

Classes will be held live online through the Zoom app. We have revamped all lesson materials and created new ones so that online learning is just as fun and effective as in-person classes.

​

In addition to the normal back and forth of questions/answers and speaking/listening drills, a split screen is used to share materials and show TV, movie and anime clips. The Zoom whiteboard function is also used to allow students to write answers in Japanese.
